UGH

Today is NOT that great of a day. I have developed a chest cold literally overnight. Yesterday I was fantastic. I got home around 6:30 PM and suddenly an hour later my chest was on fire! My baby Emme seems to have the same ailment from which I suffer. It has to be the weather. That combined with my seasonal allergies, the cat allergy that likely stemmed from a ten minute visit at my friend's home, and the germs I must inevitably encounter at the bank. Anyway, I could barely sleep, my chest hurts so badly. On top of that, my options for medication are limited. I've increased my Zinc intake and begun to use Zicam. This has just sprung up so suddenly, I had not an inkling of getting sick. We shall see how quickly this is over...
