I've really gotten so much healthier than I was before. Not only do I take Vemma, but I am also drinking the Verve energy drink too. I used to drink the Five Hr. stuff, but this is WAY better. It's jam packed with vitamins and minerals, the energy levels are phenomenal - and NO CRASHING! Yay! I am something of an energy junkie. I was taking Stackers for a long time, but they really made me feel unwell after a time. I love having found a truly HEALTHY alternative that really and truly works.
