Welcome to my journey to Total Wellness. Join me on my trek to align my physical health and well-being. I am going to be documenting my progress daily, and would welcome any tips and comments from everyone.

Vemma vitamins are an integral part of my diet. This miraculous product created the most wonderful changes in my overall health and fitness. I had already made the decision to eat healthier, and include a wider array of physical activities in my daily life. When Vemma came into my life, it really incited a wonderful new beginning. I've always taken vitamins of one sort or another. I was getting by with what I thought was the best. Then I tried Vemma...the difference is amazing. The changes I experienced within just the first few weeks were phenomenal, to say the least. Little things such as my fingernails growing faster and stronger, my hair stopped breaking off, my skin became more radiant. I had become used to certain aches and pains--migraines, some joint pain at times--these have vanished! I had become so used to these things, that when the changes occurred, it was positively fantastic.
